Part 1: You will receive a personalized workbook to help prepare you for your experience.
Part 2. I will prepare the reading with some healing rituals to assist you in opening your energies and grounding them. Then I will be inviting your higher self and spirit guides into our space.
Part 3. I will record the session as I share their wisdom with you and allow time for you to ask questions and I will be the conduit for answers. This can happen through cards, a conversation, a healing ritual, visualization, or self explorative exercise. Everyone's energy is unique so, every reading is unique.
Part 4: We will be doing a releasing ritual to let go of old patterns and beliefs. This will assist in closing down the circle and make sure we only take what we need from our source at this time.
Part 5: I have exercises to assist in concreting this new sense of self into your life (Follow workbook Meditation, reflection and Communion chapter in the booklet) A meditation will also be provided to assist you with strengthening your relationship with your spirit guides and I have included some resources on how you to expand your spiritual awareness.
Part 6: I have included a few journal prompts and a contract with spirit document in your workbook. I believe to allow spirit to be a part of your life you need to acknowledge it regularly, nurture it and be grateful for it.
